I’ve been suffering, waiting for the cable man, devoting my days to sitting there while they claim solutions, only to have the TV go on the fritz again, have to make another appointment that doesn’t quite work out, and on and on — I don’t know why I find it so frustrating, but I think that many of their techiniques could be declared a form of torture
