Demjanjuk arrives in Germany

Demjanjuk arrived in Germany this morning and was taken to a prison hospital to be examined.

Demjanjuk may leave US tonight

Germany is reporting that Demjanjuk may arrive as early as tomorrow. Demjanjuk has been ordered to surrender to US immigration authorities but at present he’s just staying home. What happens next? Stay tuned…..

Demjanjuk update: Demjanjuk’s options running out

The Supreme Court in the person of Mr. Justice John Paul Stevens declined to hear Demjanjuk’s case. The 6th Circuit had earlier rescinded its stay; and the German courts refused a motion to delay or deny Demjanjuk’s extradition.
