The Haaretz experiment

Yesterday Wednesday June 10, the Israeli daily newspaper Haaretz turned itself over to a complement of 31 poets, novelists and authors, and let their own staff of journalists take the day off. This morning’s New York Times brings a review of “Crazy for the storm” by Norman Ollestad. This is a book that has been selected by Starbucks to be featured in its store and is getting a fair amount of buzz.
